Ingredient



1)  300-400 grams of pork slice

2) 15 of  dry red chilli

3) 4-5 of fresh chilli

4) 3 peeled garlic

5) 1 lemonglass sliced

6) 3 sliced of galangal

7) 10 black pepers

8) 1/2 tsp of salt

9) 2 -3 kaffir leaf , torn

10) 1 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce

11) 1 1/2 tsp of sugar

12) 1 cup of coconut milk



Preparation


1.Put the ingredient No 2.) - No.7) into mortar pounded until mix well or use blender for your convenience in case you do not have the mortar.
